Meet The Team

Dr Charlotte Clark

Dr Charlotte Clark is a HCPC registered and experienced Clinical Psychologist and Systemic Practitioner.  Charlotte currently works in the NHS, with children and young people with complex mental health needs, including trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, and neurodiversity such as autism and ADHD. Alongside her direct clinical work, Charlotte takes an active role in working with families, carers and professional systems to build more neuro-affirmative systems of support, understanding and acceptance.

With over a decade of experience working in mental health services, Charlotte’s clinical background includes working across NHS inpatient and community services with young people and adults facing complex and enduring mental health challenges, often including behaviours that can significantly challenge systems. This experience provides her with an enhanced understanding of the complex and nuanced ways neurodiversity can present across different individuals.

Dr Kirsty Gregory

Kirsty is a HCPC registered and experienced Clinical Psychologist who has worked in the NHS for 11 years supporting young people and adults with a variety of presentations. A significant part of Kirsty’s work involves working with neurodivergent young people, including those who are autistic, have ADHD, or have learning differences, to support self-understanding, self-advocacy, and navigating a world that may not always be designed with neurodiversity in mind.

In her NHS role, Kirsty support individuals and families in making sense of complex developmental, emotional, and cognitive experiences, often within the context of long-term health needs or injury. Kirsty’s approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a commitment to affirming lived experiences.
